IIPM B SCHOOL — GROOMING WORKSHOP – RHETORIX CLUB
IIPM Events organized a 4 day corporate grooming workshop leaving no stone unturned before the PGP/SS 07-09 batch sits for their global class placements. Exclusively orgainised for the IInd year students the workshop had a cumulative registration from more than 400 participants.

Ms. Rita Gangwani, Managing Director- Etiquette Finishing Consultants and Ex. Lieutenant- Indian Army and a trainer for contestants of Ponds Femina Miss India-2006 gave a 3 hour session on Body Language

Now that our students mastered the art of corporate dressing the 2nd day was exclusively for the “WOMAN MANAGERS”
DAY: 2 BEAUTIFUL MAKEOVERS
Ms. Meenakshi Dutt an Ex Miss delhi and Miss Navy Queen was a professional model and now a Makeover Expert gave a one and a half hour session on “Office make-up” as she called it. Not only this, she gave two of our students a make-over look. Needless to say they looked absolutely in sync with the corporate trend.
DAY: 3 BUSINESS ETHICS
Mr. Lokesh Bardia, Head for Sales, All India Turkish Airlines and a post graduate from XLRI Jamshedpur gave an insight to our students about ethics at a workplace. He did a case study with our students and gave them live corporate examples. This session was an eye-opener for the students who have until now remained in the closed shells of classroom.
DAY: 4 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GROOMING
Mr. Nilesh Mitra, Director of Human Resourse & Training for Radisson Hotel and Carlson Group took out a few hours from his very busy schedule to enlighten our marketing students on Business development. From that first call to the client to crunching the final deal, he taught them all. The students were in awe of his knowledge and experience.
These sessions have added value to our students in more ways than one. They did not want these sessions to come to an end and still want more. They were interactive and have helped them in imbibing the much needed personality change. With these grooming session, IIPM wishes the students all the best for their journey of sitting for the placements.
